Did you miss the Gamestop Deoxys event from 2008? Well I got news for you! Download this rom, put it on your favorite flashcart, and you can get Deoxys transferred to your game! This is about as legit as you can get because this was the exact same cartridge that store employees used to upload the Mystery Gift straight to your Fourth Generation games. A few things to be aware of: This is not compatable with Black and White. You need Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Heartgold, or Soulsilver for this to work. You will also need two Nintendo DS's and the date on both of them needs to be set at 6/20/2008. No rating because this isn't technically a game but it's a very interesting tool for the Pokemon players.
